Shipping/Return Policy for Insigniah
Insigniah Inc is happy to offer a rapid ship policy on most items, shipped within the Continental United States. The follow Shipping & Handling Charges are in effect as of Jan, 2011. One Small 4 oz. Item: $ 2.95. Two Small 4 oz. Items: $ 3.95. Three Small 4 oz. Items: $ 4.95. Four Small 4 oz. Items: $ 6.95. (Trodat stamps 4925, 4926, 4927, 4928, 46040, Ideal 300, daters, embossers and a few other items are 8 oz or greater items and will count twice in this formula). UPS ground shipments $ 12.95 (under 4 pounds). UPS ground shipments $ 13.95 (over 4 pounds). Small items will be shipped our choice via USPS or UPS Ground unless you specify UPS in which instance the UPS rates here will be charged. Orders are shipped F.O.B. Central Texas, USA (Dallas Area).
Most Rubber Stamp orders in by 4:00 PM Central Standard Time, are shipped by the end of the next regular business day. (Our days of production are Monday thru Friday) Some orders might take up to 72 hours to ship. Large quantity orders may take an extra day or two. The estimated delivery time depends on the type of shipping method you choose. Please note the delivery times below do not include normal production time.
UPS RED & UPS BLUE Orders: These orders are shipped from our location upon completion. It is seldom we can get a custom product out the same day it is ordered. Please call and inquire before you assume such.
UPS GROUND ORDERS: UPS Ground orders take 1 to 5 business days from the day we ship to arrive at your location. See UPS delivery map from Dallas TX for your specific delivery estimate.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL/MILITARY/APO/FPO/AE ORDERS: These orders take 1 to 10 days for delivery from the day we ship. If for any reason we cannot process your order as submitted, we will contact you by phone or email. Orders with custom art may be delayed if we receive artwork that does not meet our specifications.
RETURN Policy: At Insigniah Inc., we take great pride in strict quality control standards and systems that ensure that most all of our orders will be perfect. If or any reason we do make an error on a product, or the product does not function according to it's specifications, we will replace it free of charge. However, if a client enters their text information with mistakes or typos, we cannot be held responsible and will not replace the product free of charge. Additionally, we make a custom product which cannot be exchanged for an alternative product if the customer simply doesn't like what they ordered. Finally, if after ordering you realize you want to change or cancel your order, contact us via email immediately, we work on a very fast turnaround and cannot make changes or cancellations unless they come in immediately after your order is placed.
