Ultra Perm Opaque Fast Dry Ink in 4 oz. Bottle is used with a Handle Stamp with Genuine Rubber imprint die plate and a Felt Stamp Pad. This ink can also be used with Pullman non-self inking Numbering Band Stamps. This Ultra Perm Opaque Ink is for Stamping on slick, non porous papers and some plastic surfaces. 4oz. size is available in Black, Red or White. Ultra Perm Fast Dry ink is rather toxic and tends to degrade Pullman Numbers over time. Be advised this is not like regular Rubber Stamp Ink. You will need to apply new ink each time you use this Ultra Perm Ink because it is fast dry by nature and will evaporate quickly.
